• The overall condition of your flooring can make a huge impression with your visitors, the moment they walk into your business. Getting on a scheduled maintenance plan, is critical to prolonging the life of your expensive flooring. At CleanSpritz, we specialize in cleaning and maintaining hard floors and carpets.

Tile and Grout

• Tile can look great when clean. However, it can also look dirty and dingy when the grout becomes discolored, stained and dirty. CleanSpritz uses the latest and safest methods to clean your tile and grout. We will perform the following:
  
  
  • Pre-treatment: pre-spray all grout lines and tiles. This breaks the surface tension of the soil, penetrates into the grout to dispurse and breakdown embedded soils and prepares our machines for agitation
  • Agitation: using a specialty machine, we carefully go over every inch of tile and grout to agitate all dirt, grime, soil and stains
  • Extract: everything that has been agitated by our machine, is ready to be pulled up through an extractor, bonnets and vacuums
  • Rinse: the tile and grout is then rinsed, to flush out any remaining dirt
  • Dry: the flooring is immediately dried, to eliminate efflorescence
  • Seal: if needed, we can optionally seal the grout to protect your flooring for another year!

Natural Stone

Our methods and chemicals for cleaning natural stone, depends on the type of flooring. We will need to assess what type of natural stone you have, and determine the best maintenance plan. A typical "clean and seal" can be done on floors that do not have etching, staining, scratches or surface dulling.

The process for a maintenance clean and seal, is similar to a tile / grout cleaning.

For natural stone that needs more restoration, the process will be more involved. A diamond abrasive may be required to do the initial grind. We would then need to hone, polish and buff.

VCT / Vinyl / Linoleum / LVP

• VCT, vinyl, linoleum and LVP is commonly used in offices and is one of the most popular commercial flooring. These floors are resilient, but still require a maintenance plan to ensure the floors look great for years.
  
  Once your daily floor care is no longer making your floor shine, it may be time for periodic or restorative maintenance. We will attempt to buff the topcoat to try and restore the shine. If needed, we will scrub/polish the topcoat and refinish the VCT to protect it.
  
  If the VCT is past the periodic maintenance, a restorative process may be required. This will require us to strip the VCT, removing all layers of wax and dirt and prepare the floor to be refinished.

Wood and Wood Laminates

• Wood floors are incredibly beautiful and can be durable when properly cared for. Daily care and cleaning is imperative with wood floors to remove dirt and contaminents that can stain or scratch the flooring.
  
  If your wood floors need a little extra help, our professionals can help! We will prepare the floors with a thorough cleaning, scrub the wood with safe chemicals and specialized equipment, do a final cleaning and rinse, then apply a finishing coat to protect your floors.
